  One lady that work there and training others has poor customer service skills. If you want all your personal business giving out to strangers this is the place to go. You can't conduct private matter considering anything from paying bills, buying stamps or applying for a loan without her speaking loud so everyone in the building or in the area will know what transaction you are doing. You do best to find another location if you desire to do business with this company or go to another company.

  To whom this may concern, I think your employee Kim went above and beyond on helping me with my check cashing on giving me great insight on using you guy's direct deposit system which is so so convenient. I think she's a keeper to you guys establishment as well as a great asset! I think she needs a raise!!!

  I’m not sure if that’s her real name but I have never met a young lady as nice as Natica. I have so much respect for her. My son is on a walker and he called me in tears because she showed him so much respect and was patient with him. She was patient with him and actually took the time to help him instead of making him feel like he needed to hurry up with his business. After she assisted him with his transaction my son said he offered her $10 for taking the time to work with him and she declined and told him she’s doing her job and he didn’t owe her a dime! She only wanted for him to enjoy the holiday and the rest of the week. Thank you sooooo much for being you!

  I went in to add money to my Cash App card. The woman behind the counter was unaware of her company's ability to provide that service. I assured her that I completed the same transaction in a Denver, CO location. She honestly wasn't aware that Cash App was an option to load, and I was cool with that. Due to her not knowing, she consulted with who I assume to be her superior. After hearing me speak, she answered "Black" to a question asked by the person she was getting help from on the phone. I'm not from Memphis, I get my accent is proper. I was about to just load the cash to my NetSpend card, but changed my mind to continue with the Cash App transaction. She called her contact again to inform that I wish to continue as such. We continued to get it done, I received the notification that the money was in fact on my Cash App account. I wanted to show her that it is possible, but she got a sour attitude and rudely said " I have my own Cash App card" And I told her I just wanted to show her for future reference, to better her knowledge of services provided. I guess she knows all that she needs to know. Yelling at me to have a good day, I leave the store... She then comes to the front entrance, yelling something I couldn't understand. I hope to never have to deal with her again. I will be submitting a complaint at the corporate level as well. Customer service is terrible in Memphis in general. She's a brick in the wall of the many rude, unpleasant exchanges I encounter everyday... She gone run to the door talking crazy that to the wrong person. Be careful out here Nautica... Who named you that?

  It was truly a different experience I even gave her too much money and she kindly returned it as well as double counted my money assuring me it was accurate I will most definitely be back and recommending others to this location.
