  To me honestly a business is all about customer service skills. Patience equals patience so for the quality of customer service I have receive I don't have a complaint of any sort. The customer service I have received goes above and beyond. Before And after Covid, things have a slight twist but the personality has stayed the same. But card members who have had their card over a year receive 20 dollar credit just saying. I wanted to say $40 but it would be nice.

  She don’t know how to operate using two different cards I’d rather go to beatties Ford rd where i always go HIGHLY DONT RECOMMEND

  We went to change a check and the lady at the front was extremely rude, she refused to help us for the craziest reasons. She was asking very uncomfortable questions the whole time and when we were leaving she said "Go to Wells Fargo" Laughing hard.

  I was meeting friends having left my bank card at home. I was a nervous wreck. Rosa kept calm which kept me calm. Her service was wonderful.

  Ridiculous fees to withdraw Your Own Money that Is A Problem A Rip off for working people trying to bank with Ace. Who can't afford fees like that to get your own money you have to pay them to get your money.....Wow. I can't get over that
