  I recently visited the Arnold location to find out about a payday loan. Debbie was so professional and friendly it was a delight. She put me at ease about the process and clearly explained the terms. She definitely enjoys working with the public. It shows in her personable service. She made my day with her easygoing and engaging demeanor. I’m so glad I came in! Thank you for making the process seamless and quick. I highly recommend Ace.

  My fiance went here an cashed a check. He said Michelle was super friendly and helpful and mad his experience awesome! He tried to go to Check N Go before stopping here but they wanted him to fill out a bunch of paperwork even tho he had been there before. He said he walked into Ace she had him fill out minimal paperwork and he was on his way in about 20 mins. Very pleased we will return for business here!

  Debbie was such a big help!! She was really sweet walked me through everything I needed to know about enrolling for a card and cashing my first check with ace. We had a lovely conversation as she helped me very good worker!!

  Michelle was very helpful and polite, she made a negative experience in trying to cash a check from my insurance company into a positive experience. She was very friendly and showed concern for my difficulty with the issue.

  Tina did an exceptional job… I was very pleased with her help. She was very thorough making sure that the cashiers check I brought in was legitimate while still being very courteous and not accusatory towards me in the least.

  First time having to use a check cashing place and Michelle was very helpful and we ended up getting more taken care of then what I expected to. Some of the other competitors needed to verify with my Granddads bank and it was already closed for the day and she got it done anyway. My fiancé even got to get a card where he will get his disability 5 days sooner!! Michelle was very helpful and sweet and I’ll defiantly be back!!
