  Don't get a loan thru them. They have no compassion and will sue your for defraud one ypu miss one payment.

  Had a great experience with Julie at the store. She made everything really easy for us. After going to several other places, we went to ACE. I wish we would of gone there to begin with. Excellent service and Julie was very helpful. Would recommend this store.

  Jason was working when I went in, SO frustrated because I’d been turned away for the amount of my check and having an out of state license. They thankfully were able to cash my check! I was in a rush to pay rent, and I had mentioned that to Jason. He immediately asked if there was instructions I’d been given on paying rent. I showed him a picture of what my landlord gave me, and it turned out that I was in the PERFECT spot to pay my rent! I was so thankful for him taking the initiative to ask if he could help me further. He probably didn’t realize it, but he made my evening way less stressful than I thought it was going to be. I’ll be going here to pay rent every month!

  I went and got a money order for $1043 for my rent. I had to get it in 2 money orders which I found kind of strange, but I digress. My apartment told me they could no longer take money orders, so I'd have to pay online. Whatever. So I called Ace cash to see if it could just be placed back on my card that I paid with. The lady was very rude to me, saying she's have to cash it out in cash, and when I tried to explain to her she cut me off and said "I have a line, call back later". I hung up on her. I work at a call center for a living that is NOT how u deal with a paying customer. I will never be returning to Ace cash after this is dealt with
