  SCREW THIS LOCATION!!!! Ive tried for two days now to get a freaking payday loan because I'm kinda in dire straights, the first day the woman was from another store and barely knew what she was doing, you evidently need a pay card for the loan, so I figured I'd ask for a replacement and then finish up my paperwork, she thought the card might have been too new to approve the loan after repeated attempts so I came back today, the woman today was BLESSEDLY more informed and told me I can't even get a loan with the temporary card AND that you can't even get a loan with the tp card, WHICH DEACTIVATED THE OLD CARD!!!! So now I'm locked out of getting anything for 3-10 business days because you had ONE person running the store who didn't know what they're doing

  The cashier was very professional. She helped me set up a card for direct deposits. She guided me through it, and explained how the card works and how the direct deposit will help me out on not having to come in every week to cash a check. I'm very satisfied with the professional and courtesy from the cashiers. I will defiantly tell people about going to the Ace at 6000 E 10th St. Indianapolis IN. Thank you for helping me out...
