  The customer service was excellent and very efficient. We didn't feel rushed but got in and out quickly. I wish every store I went to was like this one. Big plus, the lobby smelled so nice!!

  These ladies are both always so wonderful when I come in to the Ace Cash Express on Coliseum! They are so informative and always advise me of the new processes and procedures that have been implemented! I live closer to other check cashing stores but always come to this one because they are so pleasant!

  April is an amazing person when me n my husband went to her to try to cash our check for selling our car to CarMax she did everything she could and than we called Carmax n they didn't tell us we needed to put it into our own bank account but April still went beyond n above to try to help us out and now i work at a day pay center n she helps me cash my check daily cause walmart stop cashing them for me....

  I was in there yesterday. I always go to Ace. But I go to the one on Goshen Road. Today I ended up here. So I go in as always, with my USPS money orders. That is how I am paid. Period. When I go in there with these, they always have to call and have them verified. Okay no problem, like I said, I've don't this a million times. For some reason tho, this manager decided to say that I am money laundering.. excuse me what? So, after she gets off the phone, she tells her district manager that I AM money laundering. And they turned me away. Now, without even a spec of proof, how are YOU going to judge ME and DENY me because you so called "feel" I'm money laundering? I will NOT be returning to you guys from now on. Thank you for showing me the real side of your "manager" and "district manager".
