  I went in to cash a check at this location for the first time and Gwen was my representative. She had the best customer service I had experienced at any ACE! She was also time efficient as well.

  I just started doing business at this location Store# (1336) again, within the last two- three months. The service wasn’t a pleasant welcoming experience for me, on any of my visits. The door was still locked… lights off still at 10:01AM. I was wondering what was going on. Therefore; I call this establishment, while standing outside the door, after attempting to enter, and couldn’t get in. Gwen answers the phone; I asked her, we’re they open today, she replied, it’s not 10:00 yet, which it was 10:01 to be exact. She unlocks the door and says; push the door, you can come in now. By then it’s 10:02. She didn’t greet me with a smile or good morning, nothing pleasant. I said good morning, I would like to pay some bills. She looks at me and says, we open at 10:00…okay. I’m thinking what time frame was she going by. After such poor performance by her, I just picked my paper work up (Bills) and started to walk off, then she says; don’t you want to pays some bills. I answered, I’ll be back, with no “intentions” of going back to that location. I went to store number (1307) on Meadowbrook Dr., and Raven gave me excellent service. Gwen acts as if she doesn’t want to be there, and hate to see Customers enter the door. Her personality has been at a low since the last three- four times…I’ll been there. I didn’t feel comfortable at all doing business with her. She gives you this look, as if, she wants to cuss you out. The first two times I ignored it. Although; I rather do my business where I feel welcomed. I do understand, no body is 💯% everyday. Although, you have smile and greet Customers in a friendly manner, regardless of how you feel.
