  At 12:51pm 11/2/2020 @ 9545 Lake June Rd Dallas, Tx 75217, I was serviced by an employee by the name of AnnMarie (010052 is her EID# I think). When I entered Ace there were 3 people waiting. AnnMarie yelled at me, “You need to leave, I can’t help you I’m going to lunch.” I didn’t have an issue with waiting outside due to COVID19. My issue is the blatant disrespect, rudeness and unprofessionalism she displayed toward me AND WHILE OTHERS WERE IN THE STORE TOO. After waiting outside, a women came out and before I entered she agreed that AnnMarie was very rude to them too. As I went back in the store. AnnMarie said it again, “I’m not helping you I’m going to lunch.” Now, don’t get me wrong I understand she is required to take a lunch. HOWEVER, she should clear the store first or eat in between customers. AnnMarie helped me after all with my bill, but when I asked for her name she refused to give it to me. Stating, “You don’t need my name.” (I smiled when I remembered it was on the receipt. But, customers are the reason why Ace Check Cashing is successful. What happened to displaying great Customer Service? What happen to treating others how you want to be treated? Or showing your elders respect? (I’m 56years old) I think AnnMarie needs a coaching/write up. Ace needs to come up with a way Employees can have their lunch without it affecting customers.
