  Since we are experiencing difficulty with the covid-19 virus I was particularly impressed with how clean the associate had the storefront. I could actually smell the cleaning fluid and felt very safe that she had prepared the premises to maximize safety for herself and her customers. Congratulations to her and unfortunately I did not look at her name tag. However I was there Friday morning April 10th.

  I have been dealing with Ace cash Express for a number of years and at all the locations I've encountered the one on I believe RT. 30 has the best Customer Service Reps. The first time I was there in Dec. 2019 the Rep worked with me until I was able to cash a check from an insurance company just in time for Christmas. Than for the second encounter this past week again the Rep. was very kind and respectful. So with all being said and done THANKS Girls oh yeah, you too Ace! LoL!!!

  You have a sincere and valuable employee in Devine, I think his last name is Johnson, I have too many names swimming in my head right now, but he deserves to be a manager of that branch, best do what you can to keep him!

  The workers were very friendly and very informative they had no problems whatsoever handling my issues I had with my ID other than the fact that they let me know of the charges for each check it was by far the best service I've ever had definitely better than a bank and their employees I will most certainly be coming back again

  Roxanne is hands down the best manager/employee at this location. She's very down to earth, informative, funny and just a great person to deal with. She goes up and beyond her duties! I recommend this location!

  Fran and rest of staff are very caring and pleasant. I have had courteous service every visit and highly recommend for your direct deposits and check cash needs. Upon a visit today though NICK - the cashier with a red curly fro- had ignorantly stated that I was not to loiter outside a financial institution ! To my defense it was 9:57am and they open at 10am!!! They must of recently changed hrs frim 9am! Then he charged me 10% fee when all others charged 3%- not looking to return
