      The young lady that was helping me was very nice made me feel very comfortable. I was feeling very down because I had to get a loan. But after my experience with her I felt like you know its ok everyone needs help at some point in there life

      I came to apply for loan and I wasn’t sure what the requirements were. Sadly, I brought everything I needed except my bank statements. Maribel was so patient enough to help me register for online banking, so I can physically show my bank statements on my phone instead of having to leave to the bank to get a printout. She was very polite and super intelligent. I would have never known about online banking until she helped me...

      They never have enough staff. Please don’t be behind a person cashing a check you will wait 30 min or more.

      Maribel has great customer service. She was able to help me understand the benefits of the cards when I asked what type of cards Ace sold. She thoroughly explained the prepaid card and the bank card. I was able to find what I was looking for!!!!
