  I used this service for years but this year I guess Donna and Kristin are gone and the service has gone down the tubes. They have replied saying they didn't do anything wrong but they are LYING because she tried to tell me we received twice the tax credit we did when the actual documents from the IRS say exactly what we received. This was sloppiness on her part and she is trying to cover her tracks. Now even though I have paid them nearly $300 I will have to pay a REAL accountant to fix the problem because she refuses to admit her mistake. Beware - you can’t trust these new people. They don’t even know what they are doing and are lying to cover their tracks.

  Sorry you had to feel that way, Angela. You have received lower refund amount than the one requested because the info you provided did not match the IRS record. The practice admin called you on the day you signed the return and asked you to check again, and you indicated that the amounts you provided were accurate. There was no loss as you stated in your review, the reduced refund amount has been already received by you during 2021. an email from our practice admin was sent to you on 05/11/2022 to explain the discrepancy and the reason behind it.

  I was with this firm for 20 years. until I started having problems and realized I was being overcharged way too much. I was called up on a Sunday afternoon ( with no appointment) by Donna to do my taxes. I did not have my notes and she wanted to do it anyway. Things were missed. She then charged me another fee to amend the taxes she rushed me to do on a Sunday . Then I got a letter from the IRS . She wanted to charge me another $50 to write a letter after she was already paid close to $500 to prepare the taxes and amend them. Needless to say I found another accountant. Beware they will try to extract all kinds of money from your pocket
