  This company was so pleasant and professional to work with. I got a small loan from them a few years back. Ended up paying it off early. All paperwork was done in a timely manner. Two years later I called to request a copy of my payoff letter. So pleasant and efficient again. They emailed to me right away. I’d highly recommend them as a small business owner.

  Accessity (formerly Accion) has provided me with a Covid-19 business loan, and it has been a great experience! Everyone on the Accessity Team has been very responsive, communicative, professional, friendly, and really easy to deal with. They kept me updated on every step, so I always knew what was going on. The loan was disbursed in record time, in under two weeks from application. I highly recommend Accessity!

  I LOVE THIS PROGRAM!!! I started out with no knowledge how to run my own business but I know I was passionate about it and will do whatever to succeed. This program gave me the tools and knowledge I needed to start my entrepreneurial journey. All you need is your drive to attend the class and hunger for knowledge. Even with the COVID-19 situation, their support, dedication and perseverance to continue with the program for the students benefit is unprecedented. Hats off to them for giving me a chance to succeed in the business world.

  See update below, ... Just had a counseling meeting and loan review. Everyone is friendly and professional. Very pleasant experience. Thanks. Changing from five stars to minus one........ Headed back here to update my review. What started out seemingly well turned to HE-doubleLL in short order. Long story - short. Our (qualifying) loan package was prepared by a SKORE volunteer. It was very professional and through. The Accion loan officer tore it apart, overly critical of every sentence and chart. It’s like she was just out of school and only knew one way to do things. Her way. (I’m talking placement of comas and other silly stuff) Even though she could actually have learned a few things had she been open to the real world of business she was a nightmare in emails and on the other end of the phone. We took our nice little loan package to another lender who made the loan and was paid back early. If you can I advise going to almost any other (legitimate) lender. Good luck out there!!!!!!!

  My experience with Accion was exceptional. Every personnel I dealt with was professional, prompt, and courteous. The entire process was smooth and fast. There were no surprises. Very straightforward way of doing business and I appreciate it.

  Just really want to thank Erin, Christine and everybody else that was involved in the approval of my Loan to start my own Trucking business. It took sometime but it did happen.   They get your hopes up then shoot you down by not even giving you a chance. I went through the long and gruleying proccess everything was going great, was even told i was approved then the underwriter brock shot down my application cause he assumed that the board was going to denied my application due to them not being familiar with my business's industry. after months of working with them on my loan i lost my opportunity due to someone assuming.

  Very great people, very great customer service and very helpful with meeting your needs. I came back to edit my review because I just got done paying my second business loan with them, I appreciate accion believing in me and giving me a chance not once but twice. As long as you do your part, they will take care of you.😉

  This is where the American Dream Dies...The Underwritter John was a pleasure to work with. Prior to getting reffered to John, we worked with Christine who seemed to be busy everyday to answer your calls or emails. This made the initial process very long and cumbersome. The process is painfully long, and you need A LOT OF DOCUMENTS to borrow a small amount. You are better off getting a credit card and cash advancing than dealing with a headache and waiting. My mortgage was easier than this process lets leave at that...
