  We had a great experience working with Matthew Blanchard. He was very clear with answering all of our questions and was easy to get in contact with when we needed him.   Matt Blanchard and his team at Academy have made the home buying and the refinancing experience easy and seamless. When I purchased my home I closed in 28 days and Matt made that possible. Since purchasing my home I have refinanced 2x. And it was easy. I didn't even need to reach out to Matt to enquire about rates. He watched the rates and when he could get me a good one, I got an email. It is easy. Their online system is great for uploading documents and meeting the requirements. I knew exactly what was needed and they provided a secure website for easy upload. I usually find these multi-step processes somewhat annoying a stressful. The constant and clear communication made the process predictable and easy. Oh yea, I got a really good rate.
