  WORST BANK! UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF!! I only gave one star because 0 was not a option. I have had my account with this bank for 2 years or so.. and have always been in good standing. I was out of the country for a week when I realized a few transactions that came through (unauthorized) that sent my account into overdraft. I immediately called this location Telegraph rd in ST. Louis MO wanting clarification on these transactions on my account when the teller who answered the phone says” what do you want us to do about it” honestly I was shocked at the audacity to be so openly RUDE!! I said what do you think I want you to do about it! Your JOB maybe!! If that’s not too much to ask. How I was talked to was ridiculous and if that would have been me I would no longer have a job.I treat people with respect when I go or call somewhere so her nasty attitude was NOT acceptable!! Try to have some professionalism when working for a bank! Hopefully someone in the corporate offices read these reviews I will be sending a email as well. I will be closing my account with this bank ASAP. As for the teller she is VERY lucky I don’t live close to this location because me and her would have had a meeting in the parking lot if you catch my drift.

  Ms.Paraham is a great worker , every time I visit you guys bank she upfront she speaks she keeps a conversation going and she always figure out a way to solve my problem with my card💕.. she’s friendly she’s not rude and she don’t give off attitudes she great

  Terrible experience!! This bank charges for POS each time you use your card at a store! They charge to transfer money from checking to savings. They charged $20 overdraft fee for a POS transaction instead of declining the purchase. I was short 34 cents, they put it through,then hit me with overdraft. Should never have happened

  Stood at the counter for 10 minutes, not a worker in sight. The tellers all have attitudes. Awful bank and horrible staff. Do NOT bank here.

  The worst bank ever i took out my paycheck in Friday and going to change the bank,this bank took my money out for no reason so enough is enough,i have all the time stress and problems
