  This bank has been very helpful and convenient the past few years. They made it easy to get a secured credit card to help re build credit. And have had an intuitive app for a few years now. The convenience part comes in the availability to load money on your debit card at any Walmart at a check out of customer service. This is handy for the occasional times when the atm might be under going an update or need $$ or maybe be busy for whatever reason. At our local branch Justin and his crew are very courteous with a warm smile and good jokes to liven up the day.

  Small!!Inconveniently placed inside Walmart where no one respect the 6 feet rule. Do not offer anything out of the ordinary.

  Not even going to get into what’s wrong with this awful company. Hands down the roar company I’ve dealt with my entire life. Don’t ever bank with them. They will frustrate and screw you.

  The staff is friendly enough, however, the ATM is always broken! Very frustrating.
