  We recently refinanced and consolidated our mortgage. Before our recent refinancing, we had had two loans for our mortgage, at high interest, and inconvenient price. Peter at Lendonia was able to consolidate two loans as one at a preferable rate. He did it in a month and the closing itself was done within an hour. The closing costs were very preferable. Other refinancing organizations proposed a higher percentage and cost (most importantly higher COSTS). Peter was able to offer us the best (LOWEST) costs in one month and consolidate our mortgage at the same time. He was very professional throughout the process. As a person, Peter was very kind and saw us as real people, truly wanting to give us the best option for us. Other refinancing companies just look to find the best deal for themselves. We are very happy and Lendonia was the right choice.
