  My first time using Abra and I couldn’t be happier with their services. Very professional staff and immaculate building. Very reasonable price for the outstanding work that was performed. Very timely considering how long it takes to get parts these days. They kept me well informed with the repair progress and delivered my vehicle on the date they said they would. I highly recommend using Abra in New Lisbon, and if I should ever need collision repair again…they will most definitely get my business.

  It took awhile to get in to Abra after my small fender bender but they were 100% worth the wait. The Manager was incredible and even gave us a tour of the ship because we hadn’t been to one before. Communication was amazing (text, phone and email) and the service was quick. My car looks brand new and they even cleaned the inside! Highly recommend!

  Excellent service. Works great with your insurance agency to ensure you receive the best service and offer for the work. Assistance with your rental car. Words can not express the great work and service you will receive. I highly recommend this auto body shop. The staff is honest, direct, kind, caring, and treats every client like family. Lastly, talk about fast and worry free service.

  I needed the front end of my 2021 Jeep Renegade repaired after a collision with a deer over a month ago, and chose ABRA based on reputation and how close to home they are. From the time I turned my vehicle over until I got it back, ABRA staff communicated every step, as well as any delays in parts. It was a great experience, and the best part? I got my car back in better shape than it was in before the crash, just like new! Thanks again!

  Highly recommend this business! My new car was hit in a parking lot, and they made it look just like it did when I bought it. They listen to your concerns, do timely work and are reasonably priced. I’d definitely go back!

  My husband hit a buck and needed some front end work with an insurance claim. They were very helpful, professional and they do fantastic work!!! Everything went very smoothly, no runarounds!! We highly recommend them!

  My second time taking vehicles to Abra for body work. This was the first time I took a vehicle to the New Lisbon location. The general manager Hubert took excellent care of me throughout the entire process. The Subaru is better than new after the body work done here. 100% recommend.

  This business was recommended and was well worth it! From the moment they received my claim thru the time my vehicle was completed, they kept good communication and professional service. Everything described was delivered. My car looks amazing and although this was an insurance claim, I will be returning for any other work if need be and would gladly be comfortable spending my money here. I have faith and confidence that this business is and will always deliver excellent customer service and quality car care. My car was even detailed inside which shows they go above and beyond.
