  The drive thru is a big issue now, but people just be kind. I’m sure this is The first time we have been in a Pandemic. Same goes for them. Take time to pray for the tellers while Your in line if you have time on your Hands or pray for yourself to have more patience. Everyone is experiencing the Same thing. Love all the ladies and the young man in there. They are always friendly and do their job professionally. God Bless and stay safe.

  After waiting for 30 minutes in the lobby (teller told me MCRs deal with loan issues) nobody even looking at me, I had to leave. I wasted my whole lunch break today. I am VERY unhappy with the Customer service here.

  Drive thru is terrible! When I show up at the drive thru, I'm the only one, next thing ya know more cars show up. I'm glad I got there when I did, "wrong"!!! I'm sitting out there forever. After about 10 minutes, here comes all the tubes for everybody! They do this all the time. When I go inside, all they, the women, do is talk. Look, help us and get us outta there, move on to the next person. The bank is good, but the employees, the tellers suck! Except for the guy. He does his job. Ladies, do your b.s.ing when nobody is there. As for the drive thru, help us one at a time. Worst branch if you have to deal with a teller.

  I dread going through the Brandenburg branch drive thru. It takes forever. Today I was there for 12 minutes. Yes 12 minutes! This needs to be improved on. Even thinking about switching banks because of this.

  After a light altercation between a teller and myself I told her not to be so rude, she told me to do the same. Told her I wasn't being rude, she said well condescending then. WTH? I informed her I try to speak monotone so I don't sound rude, apparently it doesn't work. She was informing me of something they arent suppose to do but have done in the past, but as she did what she wasn't suppose to be doing she stopped and told me to do it. Ok no problem. Maybe next time explain it to yout customer before you so rudely just stop and push it off onto them. Only time at this location I have had any problems or anyone being rude. If it wasn't for her I would uave giver 4 stars.

  Wish I could give negative stars... Been holding for 1 hour and 47 minutes! It wouldn't let me reset my password until I call them and then put on hold forever been waiting for a representative....

  This bank cares nothing about its"members" unless your a big depositor... Lost my dad to covid.. In another state... Checking got messed up went over.. Asked for explained ..yes they credited me then canceled my overdraft protection... Without my knowledge or consent... Then was informed if i gave the credit back then i coud have my overdraft protection i live check to check... Tbis is how they treat little people.... Thanks for nothing 5 year member .... My advice run leave.. And bank somewere else...

  Terrible. The accounts won’t connect to anything. 3rd rate bank. Tellers are really nice or downright disrespectful and rude.

  For the most part this bank is okay. Drive thru can get pretty slow but other than that everything seems nice.

  Terrible phone service, I should be able to talk to a person not a machine and get my problems solved in 30 minutes not 2 hours. Would not recommend this branch in general to anyone.
