  We are so happy to have found Able Mortgage. My wife and I have worked with a half dozen mortgage brokers in the past ten years. We have never used a broker more than once because of their lack of professionalism, lack of knowledge/suggesting products they know nothing about or substandard communication. We thought it was normal to scramble and stress to provide paperwork 10 days before closing. The Team at Able Mortgage outlined exactly what we needed to do, maintained constant communication and updates and made the buying process easier than we ever imagined.

  My fiancé and I were closing on a house, and the deal seemed to be dead in the water. Our mortgage guy at the time was doing his best to make our FHA loan work for this deal, but it was becoming clear that the loan wasn’t going to cut it. We were losing hope, and coming to grips with the reality that we might lose this opportunity. We decided to switch mortage guys and called up John. He assessed the situation, helped us change the game plan from an FHA to a conventional mortgage, and got the ball rolling again. We were in constant communication every day, and he helped guide us through the process of getting approved. He went above and beyond what anyone could expect of a mortgage broker. We closed on the house successfully! We are forever grateful to John and any of his constituents for everything they’ve done for us, and we would highly recommend him to any of our friends or family.

  In trying to locate a mortgage I was referred to John Estrella at Able Mortgage. I found him to be super patient and willing to answer question. He was willing to explain things in detail and was just generally helpful. I felt so comfortable working with him as I felt he actually cared and was listening to what I had to say.   My experience was not good with john. Although he was very helpful in the beginning and helped get me preapproved and get the process started things started to fall apart. We started looking at houses and found one we wanted. We put in an offer and it was accepted. We filled out the paperwork with the realtor, had it inspected, appraised, all insurance and everything was all set. Even the realtor thought we were in great shape. Days before closing john explains we need to clean up some credit issues? Now? Two days before closing? Why wasnt this told to us before we wasted all that time going through the process of buying the house? So john gave us some hoops to jump through, which we did and once again said this should be it. Nope. He then tells us we're not done jumping. We have to fix even more and could not buy the house. Days before closing. Wasting alot of money we didnt have to just throw away. An appraisal and an inspection we cant use. Aftet talking to other brokers we were told told that john should never let us get to the point of closing and that yes....... he wasted our time and money. Not to mention that once we werent a "slam dunk" he was very very hard to get in contact with. We would email, call, and text not hearing back for days. I have no doubt he does well with people with perfect credit but make sure if you dont he doesnt give you the false hope he gave us and waste valuable assets.

  I’ve used ABLE Mortgage twice and had great experiences both times. The first was an extremely challenging situation and they came through for me and the second was a great refinance that saved me a bunch of money. I can't recommend them enough.

  Great company .. help us every step of the way.. had no issues John & Mary are great at what they do alway professional and call right back to answer any question we had .. and we never would have bought our house without them ... thank you Scott & Cindy ..
