  Working with Deborah Romero has been one of the most easiest process we could have ever imagined as we refinanced our home. Over the process of A couple months, anything that was needed from us, Deborah was excellent in communication. Anytime we needed to get in contact with her, it was as easy as stopping by her office or asking our question over the phone. Our situation involved multiple Family members, and the way she attended to us was exceptional.   My finances were and are very complicated. Deb was very skilled at navigating the hard parts of this refinance - and there were quite a few hard parts. She is someone I highly recommend. Almost anyone can get easy loans done. But it takes a special someone to take a loan with difficulties, and get it done as if there were none. She was able to do this for me, and ultimately provided a lower rate with less costs than we initially estimated. I am very happy with her service.

  Deborah Romero was AWESOME. I'm totally uneducated on refinancing mortgages and things like that. I mean its confusing. For that reason I'm always hesitant. I'm at someone else's mercy so to speak. I just would assume I'm probably going to be taken advantage of. So a part of me is always questioning. I'm asking friends about what's being told to me. I know, I'm just a mess! Deborah Romero was fantastic! I literally asked her 1000 questions. She explained, then re-explained the SAME stuff SEVERAL times. She actually wouldn't ALLOW me to sign anything until I knew what it all meant. Emails probably 30 of them. All hours, it didn't matter. She even scheduled meetings after hours because of my husband's job. I would 100% recommend her for house buying, or refinancing. I walked away from this experience feeling great. I felt like I was even educated on the whole process. Refinancing and buying could be so scary. Thank you Deborah for actually caring, and being so patient.

  Deborah is a very sincere professional. She originally put us in our first house and now we have refinanced because of great rates. She is honest and forthright in her professional life and very involved in her community. She is efficient and friendly and seems to work 24/7 in making us feel we are always in the know in the process! We will definitely use her again and I would recommend her to anyone!!
