  I came to Abel about 12 years ago with halfway decent credit wanting to get my LLC Off the ground. No banks I had at the time would assist with lending for what I was trying to do. Abel was able speak with me then research and find out the perfect lending situation that would accommodate my needs. He was able to get me a good interest rate and also fit the loan into the budget I was comfortable with. Abel also followed up with me after transaction to make sure that everything was good and working out. Abel being able to assist me allowed me to get inventory and equipment, Now 12 years later were still in business and still going strong off that initial consultation. Lol I would strongly recommend Abel Commercial Funding . Their always available when I’ve reached out and when Abel is “able” he's honest when it comes to each individual lending situation.

  Bennett and Abel Commercial are the best of the best for all real estate funded deals. Bennet is extremely professional, prompt at all times, and does not sugar coat anything. If it can be done, Bennet will do it.
