  Aaron made the loan process very simple. As a first time homer buyer he provided step by step guidance and took the time to address my anxieties regarding the process. I closed on time and the monetary figures/disclosures were consistently provided to ensure no surprises arose in terms of cost. I look forward to hopefully working with Aaron and his team for future home purchases.

  It was an absolute pleasure to be able to work with Aaron Simmons. He was knowledgeable, passionate and always provided quick response times 24/7. Aaron and First Heritage Mortgage gave me a definitive edge on other bidders (and there were 7 other offers on our house) as the seller’s agent knew of Aaron and his sterling reputation and steered their client towards us and away from another offer from an less reputable lender. Speed to close is everything in this market- First heritage was actually offering a quicker closing than we were and had everything completed on time and in less than 30 days. They have a big team which means any and everyone is willing to jump on your every question. It was a big positive for me as a first-time buyer.

  Aaron and his team did a great job in meeting my timeline. I told him what I needed during our first discussion and he said he could make it happen. I had tried another lender and they gave me numerous excuses why they could not meet my schedule. True to his word, Aaron delivered on time and made the process as transparent and easy as possible. His tremendous work ethic and professionalism was on display as he kept me informed well after business hours and on the weekends. I'll happily recommend him to anyone in need of a mortgage...he's the best!

  As a first time home buyer, I was completely overwhelmed and nervous about the mortgage loan process. From day one, Aaron was communicative and helpful, from easing fears, breaking down the process, and answering all my questions/concerns. The loan pre/final approval went smoothly and we closed on time. I also really enjoyed using First Heritage's loan process portal as it simplified the loan application process.
