  I can not rate his service high enough. I would have not been able to get my mortgage approved if it wasn't for Aaron. Aaron went above and beyond my expectation through his determination in getting the work done. To begin with my situation, I just graduated from college a year ago and have been working for a year. My employer sponsored me for a U.S. permanent residency but I am still on F-1 VISA OPT program(which means I have an international student VISA status). Many loan officers refused to even start my loan process because of my Alien status in U.S. Aaron researched all about my VISA status. If you don't know, the whole immigration laws and rules are tricky and most people do not know this, and neither did he. When it comes to work, nothing will stop Aaron from getting it done. Late night research? piece of cake. Working under pressure from time restriction and variables that could go wrong? calm sea to sail. Through constantly researching Alien VISA status, communicating with corporations while looking for the best mortgage program for my specific situation, not he only was able to get me the mortgage approval, but the rate I got was competitive. When I told every homeowner and people who are in process of getting their first property I know, they all were surprised how good the rate Aaron was able to get me. Aaron and his team were responsive and thorough during the process, helped me to be clear on the timeline and where we were to meet targeted closing date. I really felt like I was in a good hand. Being a first time home buyer, I was cautious and nervous in the beginning of the process but he earned my full trust by the end of the process. That's mostly due to his determination and responsive communication. I was always able to reach out to him and got an honest response back almost immediately. There is so much to learn when it comes to work ethic and communication skill from Aaron. I highly recommend Aaron and his team to anyone who is looking for a mortgage loan.
