  Jannel was so amazing to work she listened to what I was looking for, showed me many places. She answered all my questions and even listened to my tears when things got stressful. I highly recommend Jannel. Every thing she did for me thank you will just never be enough!

  I originally used AAA properties when I bought my home. When it came to selling, I used a recommendation for another realtor. That was a big mistake. When my home was on the market for a year I knew I needed to switch realtors. As soon as I hired Jannel to sell my home, she developed a plan and recommendations to get the most out of my sale. When problems came up, as they always do with selling a home, she was ready with a plan and options. She is very professional and my only complaint is with myself for not having her involved from the beginning. I can't praise Jannel with AAA properties enough. I recommend her whether you are buying or selling, you will be in good hands.

  Jannel has been the property manager for a family member for over a year and has done a great job! Therefore, the family member recommended that we use AAA Properties as our real estate agent when purchasing a home in Sweetwater County, Wyoming. Jannel Fossen was the agent. She helped us purchase a home in Wyoming - we were moving into the area and had only a few days to find the right home. Jannel showed us many homes that met our requirements. She helped us understand the neighborhoods we were considering. She helped us find the perfect home for us. We left Wyoming for our home state and Jannel made the long-distance negotiations and transactions easy for us. She was very responsive when we had questions or needed documents, etc. After the sale, Jannel has helped us when we have had questions about the property we purchased. Jannel is knowledgeable, professional, responsible and responsive, honest, and sweet as sugar. We highly recommend Jannel as a realtor or property manager and will employ her services again when we are in the market to sell or purchase a property in Sweetwater County (Green River, Rock Springs, etc.)
