  Today, 10/10/19 was my 3rd visit. My 1st visit, I was having a really bad day n Zachary was super nice n I actually felt better when I left. Today was 3rd visit n again Zachary was his usual sweet cool self, got me in n out with a nice bit of cash n even sent me an app to help me out with gas!!! Everyone there is really helpful and friendly, the service is great and prices are fair!!! I would recommend AAA PAWN to everyone!!!!! 😀😀😉😉

  Beware!!!!!! On November 03,2020, I decided to do something very nice for my wife and take both of her diamond engagement/ wedding sets to a jeweler repair company to get work done. I had diamonds missing, needed cleaning and one of the sets needed shaving down. I decided to have AAA Pawn on 591 Powder Springs Street Marietta, Ga. 30064 to complete the work on her sets. I spoked with Mr. Zack Spiva(store manager ) and he assured me that his repair person would take care of my wife’s rings and the rings would be flawless after he’s done. Mr Zack Spiva advised me that the repair would only take 10 business days to complete. Update, 29 days later after finding out the repairman’s order for diamonds was taking too long to come in, I ask Zack Spiva would it be ok if I pick up the ring that only needed cleaning and call me when the other 3 rings are ready to pick up. Zack Spiva advise me that it should not be a problem with his repairman to accommodate my request. Zack Spiva called me back a few hours later and said his repairman would be dropping the rings on Saturday(Dec.5,2020), which will make it 32 days that AAA Pawn has had my property. Upon picking up my ring sets, I noticed that one of my rings was missing, I immediately informed a staff member that was working that day. He said all AAA Pawn received back from their repairman was the 3 rings that were noted on the receipt to get repaired. He forgot to mention the ring that only needed cleaning and needed no repairs. I requested to view the cameras from November 3,2020 and to speak with the owner (Rob Spiva) about my missing ring. Rob Spiva stated to me that his cameras don’t record past 30days and they never received 4 rings. It’s ironic that they called me 29days later and had me come in 32 days later to pick up my property knowing that if so I noticed my property missing, the camera footage would be erased. I trusted this business with my property and I believed them when they said their repairman was awesome. AAA Pawn lost my wife’s ring and they refuse to take ownership of that. I would advise anyone who visited this business, do not trust your jewelry or any valuable property that you expect to get back with them. I will not do any type of business with this establishment moving forward and I immediately filed a police report with Marietta Police Department on that following Monday.   OMG!!!!:^) This is the BEST EVER pawn experience in have ever had!!!!!!!!! These guys up here are super awesome group, they are extremely fair with their loans and always willing to lend a helping hand when you need knew for the little struggle times we all seem to go through once in our lives.... they were real nice and gave me even more than what I needed!!! They give you more for your items than ANY where else I had gone and they made it quick and fast. I then bought a piece of jewelry and they were super with the price and the quality is beautiful! !!!! THANK YOU SO MUCH AAA!!!!!!!!

  The guys at AAA are The Absolute BEST. Zac was so helpful and sweet. It was my first time ever doing business at a pawn shop and I was able to get a good loan for my last minute trip!! Will definitely be doing business with them again in the future.

  Who would have thought to go to a pawn shop to get great customer service...well at AAA Pawn that is exactly what I got on top of a quality product. Zach went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied with my purchase before I walked out the shop and I truly was. Although this pawn shop is 40 minutes away from me I would take that drive again before I go to any other pawn shop.

  THIS IS THE BEST PAWN SHOP I'VE EVER BEEN TO. They are beyond awesome. They're here for YOU. They want to help you. They don't want to rob you. They're so nice and so caring with your items. We were in desperate need to take our dog to the vet and needed help. They were willing to do everything possible to help us. We found our favorite pawn shop. I definitely recommend this store.

  After seeing the reviews my fiance' and I visited this location. I've passed by several time but never needed to go in, until we needed extra cash for moving expenses. 2 weeks ago I did and boy was I pleased. The reviews were on point. The 2 members of the staff that were there was amazingly friendly and helpful. The store was so clean and organized as well as being in an OK location. It was an overall great experience...   Yes they have a great selection but I don’t agree with the customer service. My husband and I was in the store on Thursday. We stopped in because we heard “good thing” about this pawn shop. Two young guys was working, the african american kid was attempting to help multiple people at one time, while the caucasian kid went into a office and took a personal call on his phone (from what I observe). I was expecting better service for all the good things people say about you guys. I look forward to hear from one of the owners or stopping in and speaking with a manger.

  Their sign says they take "anything of value"...That's a lie. If you want an honest pawn shop, this is not it...I suggest taking your business elsewhere. I stopped in on a Saturday to do business and inquired as to what they accept (since they would not accept the 3 items I had,) and among a few other items they said they take all working tools. So I returned with a working cordless drill on Monday, and they said they won't take it because it's 12 volts. I drove all the way from Powder Springs only to be turned away...a waste of time and gas. Why didn't he mention this when I was there on Saturday talking about working tools?!

  (Letgo deal) Blocked me for no reason and lost a sale...along with a few other reviewers, this is what the apparently do if they don't think you're serious. They thought I was trying to scam them...lol...they lost a sale because of it. I can't vouch for the physical location, but online they are very disrespectful and difficult to deal with.

  We apologize, there is a whole lot of scammers on these apps we use and we have learned to not communicate with them once we encounter them. We get hundreds of messages a day so we have learned the red flags to ignore and block certain accounts. It may have been a simple mistake and again we apologize.
