  Kathy did a great job helping us with our refinance. After wasting over 4 months with a huge nationwide lender Kathy was able to take us from start to closing in under 30 days.   Kathy is absolutely amazing. This is my second time working with her. She is awesome for first time home buying because she takes a lot of time to explain all your options and make sure you completely understand. Kathy really seems to look out for you too. She offers suggestions and recommendations based on what you are looking for and helps you make the best decision for your needs. She is also great for refinancing loans. She works tirelessly to make sure the loan is perfected and she works very quickly. I am always amazed at how quickly she could get an answer or work out a problem with the loan.   Kathy was fantastic! She helped me lock in the lowest rate I could find, and explained everything clearly and in simple English that I could understand!   Kathy did a great job and helped me with 3 cashout refinances. I had approximately 30 properties and other mortgage lenders did not want to spend the time to sort through all of my properties which was necessary for underwriting. I also had a bank tell me that Indid not qualify for Fannie financing. The loans were all quickly approved by underwriting and closed very smoothly with Fannie financing and with no surprises despite the complexity of my files.
