  They don’t accept anything unless it’s gold or unless it came out literally yesterday..terrible customer service..terrible employees..terrible business…I brought an 2021 laptop these guys said they don’t buy ….terrible!!!

  I’ve never had business with this pawn shop, just a glaring experience that highlights their customer service model and mentality. They are sending collection mail for a customer who is using my address, when I called to notify him, the clerk was extremely dismissive and rude. Even if untrue, a simple, “sure I’ll call the client and ask for an updated address” is the proper response to a call like that. When someone is calling to inform you of fraud and you do nothing it gives me pause and makes me question their entire business model. I would seriously think twice about going here.

  I went 3this establishment on 2/25/2020 and purchased a HP laptop for $200. Before a month had passed I was in a little bind and went back to the pawnshop where I was told that the store would not give me any amount on loan on the computer which I had just been taken for my money. Maybe that is way that they conduct business regularly but never again will I be a fool for them .

  For the employees who work there, please try using “how may I help you” over the phone and in the store instead of saying “WHAT DO YOU NEED”. This is so annoying. Remember you need us customers more than anything if not you would of been shut down. Just be kind!!!!!

  Terrible customer service! You can only pick up property from 9-6pm m-f and I work from those hours and they will not work with me to get out my jewelry a few minutes later! I only have a couple days left this week to get it out and all they can say is I've had a lot of time to get it out! Which is rude because they don't know my situation and they don't understand I have not had money or else I would not have not pawned my precious valuables! I will never pawn here again because of there circumstances! Very rude and unprofessional!

  We open from 9-7 pm and we open on a weekends too . Saturday till 6pm and Sunday till 5pm So u can come anytime.

  Sold a a ruby disc with halo of diamonds. Btought it back to make sure diamonds ate real associate rudely took my item to the back. 10 minutes came back with my money all i wanted to comfirm was the fiamonds real no karat stamp on the hold setting so confirms to me o me the whole pendant was fake nad attiitufe unptofessionl behaviour. Store looks empty. Not bery much of a choice. Buyer beware

  I’m going to stop going to this pawn shop. The interest is too high. I always feel like I’m being cheated and charged made up amounts, you never pay what’s on the papers. The customer service is horrible and to top it off they are rude and very unprofessional.
