  Fantastic. Chris is the best especially when other financiers say a mortgage can’t be approved. Chris is brilliant at knowing how to get an underwriter to understand the unusual shifting circumstances in a person’s job yet informing the underwriter how dependable and reliable the person is regardless of their debt ratio stat since I had a very high credit rating and adequate savings. Even my accountant of 40 years was surprised at what Chris was able to accomplish this not just once, but three times since we refinanced as we built more equity in the home and the rates dropped!   I was referred to A2C by a realtor during the crazy market of 2020/2021 in South Jersey because it was increasingly important to deal with a lender that realtors in the area are familiar with.
