  My AR-15 lower assembly arrived. While John was finishing up the paperwork, I was checking things out. When I pulled the rear take down pin, it came all the way out. It had been installed incorrectly. Now the retaining pin was blocking the re-installation of the take down pin. The stock was staked, so no removing it without special tools. John provided me with some small eyeglass type screwdrivers, but I just couldn’t push the retaining pin back far enough to insert the take down pin. I asked if he had some needle nose pliers. He did and then he stepped in to help. I held the receiver steady while he pushed the retaining pin back. I was then able to install the take down pin! A huge THANK YOU to John. I couldn’t have done it by myself and he didn’t have to step in and help. Just goes to show the kind of people that work here. I highly recommend A Superior PAWN Inc and John as a place to do business with!

  Guy running the place is a real piece of work. Stopped in for a fishing rod and reel.. The doors were locked so i ask the guy if they were closed. He looks at me and says with a snobby attitude no.. So i ask why is the door locked. And he rudely responds because im not in their and im not letting you in with my dog. .. I walk in and look at the fishing stuff and this man is really trying ro sell Penn trolling reels on busted up fishing rods. For 60$ dollars. When you can but that trolling reel o line brand new for 50 or less. No thanks jerks

  I'm so glad I didn't spend money here! The owner with the red pickup and Rottweiler is extremely rude! Does not acknowledge customers and was giving us dirty looks the entire time we were there! Wouldn't be surprised if that place goes under very soon. I'll take my business elsewhere and will make sure to inform others to do so as well.
