  During the last two months, I have been working to buy a house with A Preferred Mortgage and I couldn't have asked for better people to help me for the first time! Judy was always very quick to respond and would answer any questions I had in a way that I understood! Not only was Judy just quick, but she always stayed ahead of the game. They work great as a team! In the very few times Judy wasn't available because I showed up unannounced, there was always someone else who helped me right away. I've really appreciated working with them and would definitely recommend them to anyone. My sister was working towards buying a house at the same time and after she saw how amazing Judy was for me, she decided to switch herself! They really are an amazing bunch of people! I will definitely be going back when I'm ready to buy my next house!

  Brett and Lynn were great to work with. They were very friendly, and they got our financing taken care of in the timeframe we needed and answered every question promptly. I'd recommend them to anyone who is looking for a reliable lender who will get the job done.

  We used Amy and Brett for our first time home buying. Though my husband's a realtor there is SO much about lending that you can only learn through personal experience. The Hydes were so gracious and patient with our questions, helped us overcome hurdles, and were extremely courteous. After working with this family owned business I would never borrow from a bank!
