Deborah Stebenne1The absolute worst! I am a F/T real estate investor for the past 30 years, so deal with mortgage companies all the time. I was telemarketed by A-Plus Mortgage for refi on my primary residence. Kimberly Mann was assigned to my file. I provided her with all the information she requested. She assured me she could get it done and then no response to my calls or emails; just like that. I tried repeatedly for more than a month to no avail. I also then left a message for the Manager of A-Plus Mortgage and no response there either. Beyond unprofessional. Don't waste your valuable time like I did.
