  I picked up my layaway today and only to find it partly did not work. I brought it back and they initially wanted to give me a gift card as a refund but I pressured them into giving me a cash refund. This is the 2nd time that happened to me, and I wish they would actually test all items before they buy. I have sold items to them before and they sometimes do test. I do not bring junk items because I don't want people to experience what I have dealt with. Most of time, they'll give you 1/4 of its valve but you do get instant cash versus waiting for somebody to buy your item on eBay & Facebook. Overall, I rate it 3/5 stars. They don't test all there items before they buy but the staff is really nice. Also the money they offer you is pretty low for how much there flipping it for.

  I went in to cash a check and also had my niece with me who is only 2. Between trying to find my Id and the niece getting impatient, Kimberly helped out so much. She was patient with my niece while I looked for my info and then she explained some things that will help in the future so this can go by quicker! Thank you

  It's a great place to do business. If you have the patience go see them. Sometimes they're busy,sometimes they're not. You'll have great business experience!!

  This is the best one in town. The employees are real nice and helpful. Especially Kim and Alex. They are always ready to help and always are friendly and nice. Glad they continue to work there because their customer service skills are amazing. There are other good workers heather Jeff justin. They always are nice and helpful with anything I need. Thank you for employing good employees. Dont loose them. Would come back here every time 10/10
