  It took them a long time to assist me, when I walked in nobody greeted me. Apparently it was more important to talk about personal stuff with a client, instead of doing their job. 20 minutes later the “insurance representative” yelled out another insurance representative name to come out and help me. Not happy, is always something with this location, poor customer service.

  I went to pay my insurance and this lady at the front door did not know what she was doing. I asked her a simple question such as why was she charging me that amount if my invoice had a different amount and she Repeatedly told me because the computer said so. She did not even offer to explain the invoice or the computer since she was so focused at the computer. When I asked her again about the invoice she said she did not know and not once offer to help me. Worst customer service!

  I got bad customer service from Diego. And when I made my payment with Desire it did not go through. Even when she gave me two confirmation numbers. I told her the money wasn't taken from my bank and her suggestion was to call my bank. Duh.. I just told it wasn't withdrawn. I even told her I did not want to deal with her because she didn't know what she was doing. I had to call the insurance company who has my account to make my payment . I dont trust anyone at the Lawndale location. I truly miss Laura Del La Rosa

  Diego was so effective and knowledgeable ! He answered all my questions regarding different coverages and payment plans! I would definitely recommend you go in and ask for him. Amazing customer service
