  My husband bought my wedding ring from Zales. He asked for a 7 but they sent a 7 and a quarter (too big). However, I googled same day ring sizing and this store came up! I knew Zale would take too long. Moving forward, I got in and out with 25 mins or less. They were such pleasant people and exceptional service on my ring. I will always keep this place in mind.   I went in near close to see if my engagement ring could be resized. I was expecting to have it ready tomorrow but they had my ring ready super quick! It was ready within 20 mins. Resized ring looks beautiful and I couldn't be more happy. They're professional and have great customer service!

  I got 2 gold rings repaired and cleaned and 1 other gold ring resized and I was pretty satisfied with the service and pricing. They did everything same day and gave me a 6 month guarantee on everything. not to mention everyone was super nice. I would bring my jewelry there again. Thanks a lot!

  After some mental torture, I decided to pawn my guitar to get through the weekend until I got paid on Monday. I recently lost a great job due to failed contract negotiations and just started a new one but haven't gotten paid yet. I went into A-1 Pawnbrokers and after being impressed with their selection of violins and trumpets, I was greeted by one of the sales reps and told him that was looking to get a $20 loan on my guitar to make it until Tuesday. The sales rep said OK and as he was drawing up the paperwork, he then said that he could loan me $25 if I needed it. I accepted the offer and thanked him for helping me out. He was a very cool guy and I'll be going back there to buy a trumpet as soon as I'm back on my feet. I haven't had to use a pawn shop in years but this one seems to be one of the best in the area. It's a well organized smaller pawn shop whose merchandise projects quality and their customer service is exemplary. I highly recommend them.

  I have been utilizing their services for almost 8 years now and they consistently provide me with excellent customer service. If I need an extension on a pawn ticket, they are willing to work with me. They always make a fair market offer whether I am pawning items or just selling them out right.

  Needed to fix a clasp on a necklace & get 3 watch batteries put in. They were so fast Did it all while I waited. The employees we’re all so nice I would totally recommend this place.
