  No matter what I need, Bruce and Dave are always there for me. Whether I need to pawn gear for a quick loan; or there is some new item I'm in search of, they got me. Their prices are fair and they care! Rare gem, don't hesitate to check them out!

  I’ve been going here for years!! I love my experience each and every time. They are very personable and honest. I have purchased a beautiful ring from them and plan on buying my first guitar from them. They give you max loans on your items. It’s like they are very passionate about what they do and enjoy helping people. You can’t please everyone and they are very picky about items they buy and that’s ok because it shows they have standards! They value their business and their customers. If you don’t like people who are honest then don’t go because it’s not the place for you. A lot of their low ratings are mostly lies. I have great experience each and every time I go and learn something new about their business each every time.

  I’ve used 9-5 Pawn Shop a few times when I was in a tight spot financially and I can’t give them enough praise! By far the most pleasant experience I’ve had at a pawn shop. Their customer service is great, something you just don’t see anymore (or ever!). I would recommend 9-5 to anyone looking for a loan or looking to make a few extra dollars selling something!

  scams on their ebay store trying to sell untested as is nes games in a bundle and that was a lie because they have other nes games tested with pics they also are trying to sell, so they can test them, so they know they dont work but wont tell you that, deceitful

  Owner is rude and unable to answer questions about jewelry. Maybe he should go back to being a cop. He probably wasn't good at that either. Unsure what his issue is. Kind of pushed me out the door, probably because it was close to 5. He did kind of smell like alcohol, probably needed a drink.

  They make it seem like they're working with you but they don't they sell your stuff right from under you don't go there if you want to go anywhere go to jewelry and pawn that right up the street the interest rate is a lot lower and they give you more for your loan plus they take more stuff my suggestion don't go to 9 to 5. I'm going to make it my personal mission to tell everyone that I know I'm going to create blogs I'm going to create any stream of media that I can to go against 95 because they are the worst
