  Very unhelpful as an FFL. Definitely would recommend using someone else. If you order online like I have to do due to my work and where you order from doesn't have a copy of their FFL, well you're out of luck. They won't contact the seller for you they think the seller should contact them. I had to cancel an order from a major gun retailer because of this. And the guy who answers the phone is extremely rude when you explain that all you need is them to email a copy of their FFL to the retailer. So do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.

  Best prices around. Offered to but upgrades that I purchased on my gun. I gladly excepted only issue was a small pin for my rear take down pin on my ar 15. A small pin that keeps the takedown pin firm. This fell out while mounting my sling attachment. They made it right by giving me a new pin. Honest mistake and they made it right. Good customer service and a great selection of ammo.

  I was very disappointed because I’ve heard many good things about this place and they do have a large variety but it’s a shame when one rude person can ruin it for you. I understand they probably come across a lot of people every day but that’s no excuse to talk down and have a very condescending attitude towards someone that’s just asking questions.

  Rude, condescending sales staff with only a superficial knowledge of guns. Tried to pass off a put-together upper as BCM, and became angry when this was pointed out. Take your money elsewhere.
