  We have been customers with 1st Franklin for a few years now. Mrs. Toni has been very professional and does whatever she needs to do to help us. Everyone in the office is really friendly. We will continue doing business with them!

  Tony is the rudest person I’ve ever encountered. I remember getting a loan here and I lost my job three months after. I made on time payments while i was employed, but was having trouble making payments unemployed. She would call, text and harrass me from her personal phone. I recall calling the corporate office informing them of this and nothing was done. She even called and left a message on my phone. It was her and the office staff belittling me on my voicemail. I called and reported this, and even let him listen to the voicemail, and nothing was done! Avoid this place at all cost, they don’t care. Tony acts as if it’s her money and her company. She is very unprofessional, but I pray she never falls on hard times and has to deal with someone like her! Glad I have a steady job and income and pray I never need a loan!! Needless to say I wouldn’t go here!!!!!

  I have known Toni and Misty for years, they are always nice! They will help out anyway they can!! Crystal is always sweet and very polite! This location is ran very well! Rikki is always sweet and speaks too! From back to front and all the way around this is a good branch!! They always help if they are able too!!

  I would just like everyone to know these women have worked with me for about 3 years now, I have used no one else since I got a loan through them. They have helped me as a 20 year old with 0 credit build an amazing credit score and get a not only one but two cars and when nobody else would give me the time of day they gave me time, advice that had nothing to do with loans, and so much trust. They have worked with me for days at a time to make sure I had any and everything I needed to succeed. I went to several different places for help I was in desperate need of a vehicle for work and felt like I had no other option but to quit at one point and I’m so grateful I found these women to help especially Toni she has made things so much easier and possible when I thought they weren’t so I just want to thank them publicly and also want to say if you need it or want it go to them they can make it possible!!!
