  I ended up getting a personal loan and car loan through 3 Rivers and I enjoy going in. People are nice and very helpful. I'll be doing more business with them in the future. Sometimes their is a wait time but be patience.

  Highly unwilling to work with you. Used to be more personalized but they've grown too large for their own good. Glad I took my business elsewhere, won't ever be coming back!

  Not too thrilled about calling in DURING BUSINESS HOURS with an important circumstance that needs fixed quickly. Called twice back to back because I was disconnected after the first 5 minutes of the phone ringing so I called back seconds later to the same thing. The bank should be closed now that it just turned 6pm. Not answering the phone tells me THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT YOUR TROUBLE PHONE CALL. Sweep it under the rug...it'll go away!

  Tried to call twice no one answers. Went to branch no one available to speak with. This was the New Haven branch Update: Branch manager called and was very helpful. Said she was going to look into the issues.

  I experienced very rude employees. They actually suggested I leave when I questioned a fee for cashing a payroll check from an account at their credit union. Sounds like a cash advance company rather than a bank. I will never go there again. RUDE service plus a fee. That's what is wrong with credit unions.

  Dont ask for help with loans because they wont help you pay off your debt ive asked for help many times and keep getting denied even though ive been a member with them for a very long time
