  Alisha Duncan is the absolute best at what she does! She helped me sell my home in less than a month! She is very professional & efficient and made sure she explained everything to me & my husband. She was always available to take my call or answer my emails/texts promptly. She is straight forward and worked hard for us to insure we were taken care of in every way possible and truly had our best interest at heart. I can't say enough about her. I will always recommend her to anyone looking to buy, sell, or rent a home.

  Taylor Duncan helped my husband and I buy our first home back in January. She was incredibly supportive and helpful! She gave us information that no one has bothered to before, very determined, and extremely professional! Any chance I get, I tell others to go through 24 Realty with Taylor.   Alisha was great with helping us sell our home in Pleasant View. Communication throughout the process was wonderful - she answered every question and was up front about and honest through every step of the way! This was key for my husband and I, as we were out of state for much of the time.

  From the moment I met Alisha Duncan, I felt I had known her all my life. Not only was she very friendly, fun and full of laughs. I was impressed immediately with her knowledge of the Real Estate buying and selling process. She was able to answer any and all questions, concerns and stayed very calm when those unexpected issues came up for us. She walked us through the whole process, and also paid attention to details of the home we bought when we went to walk through it not only the first time but the final walk through as well.
