Stephen Cassidy5Very helpful staff and community supportive credit union. For creating a new account I recommend setting an appointment in advance to avoiding waiting for an available banker. Sufficient parking. Two ATMs outside office. Three ATMs inside available during branch hours including one video ATM teller.

Kiki Poe4UPDATE: I previously rated my experience at a 1 star and I appreciate the response from their team. I was able to give my constructive criticism and get my answers thoroughly answered. This was the experience I was hoping for. I spoke with Adrianna who was super helpful. She answered all of my questions and had the forethought to think of what specific support we may need down the line including giving me her direct line. I felt heard and that means a great deal these days.

Alysha Veney3Your employees don't share your mission. I have had multiple issues with this bank since I joined. ATM always down, even cut off on me in the middle of a deposit to update. Then today I went even to withdrawal funds because the ATM (surprise) wasn't working and she says they can't cross with other banks they don't have the system address and that I would have to use the ATM I told her its not working she said "yeah well that the only way"

Kiki Poe1I honestly can only give 1 star for now. I created a new account with my partner and this has been such a difficult experience and I'm just unclear why. Our hours don't allow for a lot of time to go into the branch which is why we tried to everything online and in 2021 I thought it would be easier to do so. Unfortunately my questions are not getting thoroughly answered. The rep that helped us get started wasn't as helpful as I had hoped and seem to lack forethought. I sent a message through the portal but several hours later no response. I called the hotline and I was told the wait time is 63 minutes. I've been working with them for a week and I have yet to have a good experience, I'm really hoping this gets better.

Shannon Williams-Juarez1If you use them as a shared branch with another credit union, DO NOT trust them with deposits. I put 240 in cash and they did not post it to my account. Called them and they said o now have to put in a dispute with my bank. WTF! Now I have to wait. They are seriously messing up my money situation

Tiara King2It ok when it comes to just starting off with own an account. When it comes to transferring funds into your account through today's apps it takes 2-3 days to go in the account which can be inconvenient when needing money immediately. The down side is gnat when it comes to transferring money from the account it is taken in seconds.

Kendrya Co1This is the worst low down dirty shadest credit union to do business with I would rub my pennies together and put them in the dog house before I allow them to do any business with me they are the worst of worst in my opinion and they don't know there products 🙃

J Sancho1This Credit Union is full of it. I waited to hear back about an auto loan for over a week. I had to call them and ask what was going on. They came to my work Paramedics Plus promising the world and fell faaaaaarrrr from that. I called on a Saturday before 1000am only to be told to call back Monday morning. Felt shafted and not taken seriously.
