  Hate to say this but their service has deteriorated since last year. Been calling them the last two weeks to seek help in setting my account online after been locked out due to their change in online system haven't talked to person yet. I think they can't even afford to hire a third party service to answer their phones after work hours. I'm glad I didn't signed up for their credit card but still scared that one day my account get hacked and nobody from this bank would answer their phones.

  Beats the banks! I am a Bank of America refugee, after the terrible long lines, horrible and rude customer service, and just plain terrible terrible terrible everything about Bank of America. So I moved my banking to 1st United Credit Union, and now I am a credit union fan. If you are banking with a bank, consider a credit union. They are more like a community- and shareholder-owned establishment. Excellent customer service, better rates - everything is better except not quite as techie as the big banks, and some trade off when it comes to ATM. But I substantially lowered my interest rates, and really enjoy the "small town feel" of this credit union.

  It's absolutely embarrassing that US Bank had to help me instead of my own bank. The 'manager' Alex Lu did not seem to know what he was doing. He said they did not do teller withdraws or cash advances. I even called my other bank and they said to mention teller withdraws or cash advances. I was told from Alex that I had to close my account from the other bank and wait for a check or do a wire transfer. I went to the US Bank and told them about my situation that I had written on my notes and I couldn't believe what I was told. "Every bank does that" I was able to get the money from my other bank from US Bank. I'm very disappointed 1st United Credit Union. Shame on all of you.

  I am a member of 1st united union credit services and am not a fan what so ever. They don't mail you invoices reflecting what is owed and they make it extremely difficult to pay your bill online. I'm 26 years old and I can only imagine how hard it is for someone much older and less computer savvy.

  Better customer service than the big banks. Their certificate of deposit interest rates are better than the big banks but only by a little.

  I have always had the best experience here. The people are friendly and will try to do whatever you need. I have dealt with Alex and he has always been great.

  Terrible non existent customer service. Member over 40 years and had enough of them.
