  1st Priority was recommended when purchasing my first home and the experience was nothing but pleasant. Isaiah was amazing. For a girl who didn’t really know the ins and outs he guided me every step of the way. The loan coordinator, Beth, was just as exceptional. They were attentive, in constant contact, and moved my paperwork through underwriting quickly and efficiently. The entire process was faster than anticipated and far less painless than I imagined. I would recommend Isaiah and the whole 1st Priority team time and time again!

  I had a great experience with First Priority. I worked with Isaiah who was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. Isaiah helped me buy my first home in a difficult market. Isaiah was patient, knowledgeable always willing to break down and further elaborate gaps that I had in the process. When concerns or issues came up during the process, I felt I had the whole support of the first priority team. The team helped me close on my first home within two months.   After months of searching and being turned down, we were sent to Isaiah at 1st Priority and it was the best thing we could have asked for. We had alot of bumps in the road with a private sale, and Isaiah was there every step of the way helping us. And made sure we were able to secure our mortgage.   Before reaching out to Isaiah at 1st Priority Mortgage, I didn’t know where to start, what was needed to even begin, I talked to another bank who was rude. Isaiah and the team at 1st Priority Mortgage were so easy to work with and probably answered the most questions they have ever gotten and were very patient with us during the process.   My mortgage consultant, Isaiah Philo, was extremely helpful throughout the entire home buying process. No matter what questions I had, or help I needed, he provided really prompt responses. After finding my home, I worked with them to complete all requirements for a mortgage and they were able to close in just 30 days, totally hassle free and with a great rate.
