  Terrible service - first of all they charge $5 if you're not a member to cash a check written from one of their account holders so I guess their double-dipping then they would not accept my ID that was expired despite the fact that IDs have been extended to July 31st I guess they are above the law

  Amy (I believe her name was) was super awesome. I went in for a quick name change. The teller wanted to schedule me an appointment for next week but Amy overheard and just pulled me into her cubicle to get it done real quick. I was in and out in less than 5 minutes. She was very personable and efficient!

  worst customer service ever. Been working three years on my credit score pay 9.95 a month to have a checking account there that they have intentionally overdrawn me on. Explain completely in further posts... I'm not going to accept this intentional error. deserve a negative star...

  I'll give them one star because they can atleast deposit and withdraw from the drive thru if you need that done. Otherwise they are completely worthless. If your having any troubles with your card, debit card getting hacked, or a cashiers check of any kind, save your time and go to the Bethalto location. The Wood River staff are lazy, have a terrible attitude and I will never go back. I'm always nice when dealing with anyone, smile and yes mam, no mam. The younger tellers are half pleasant but the all the other older women seem to hate their jobs. If you don't like your job get another one. I'll stick with going out of my way at times to go to the Bethalto location, atleast they act like they appreciate my buisness there.

  I want to completely apologize!! I have not banked here. My bank switched to first mid Illinois bank!!! Not 1st mid America. Very very sorry I just noticed this!!! I was definitely not happy at the time of the post.

  The loan department has awful customer service and does not process paperwork in a timely manner. They have on multiple occasions lost or misplaced insurance verification paperwork. They also do not follow up with their client's requests in a timely manner.
