I have always had a great experience and with the help of Adrian I have never been denied and I have always received what I have asked for (or more). I can't promise that you will always get more, but this team will surely try as best they can. If you are looking to get a loan 1st Franklin is where you want to be.

  Kelly, Ms betty,Adrian gabby Brittney, great customer service...today is Tuesday 2/22/22..and I just spoke to Ms Kelly Morgan about an issue I had and she took care of it with the experience and very patient person that she is,my wife and I thank her and appreciate the time she took to help, all the ladies at this location are very nice and very friendly ty,

  Good afternoon Gabrielle Maddox was my representative The rest of her colleagues such as Brittany was there and I was showing her my proof of income and the lady that sat behind Gabrielle Maddox was explaining to Mrs . Maddox on how she did her client previous before I came to send my information to her personal email to get the information cause apparently the job email system wasn’t working which is weird if you still can locate your personal email but any who the lady tells Mrs . Maddox if you want too you don’t have to then the rest of the Caucasians I’m the only black person in there I guess it was a inside funny joke or something among them it wasn’t professional and It made me feel uncomfortable so I grab my things and told Mrs . Maddox thank you for your time and have a blessed day hopefully they were being honest on emails and They don’t use my information that they claim they couldn’t locate but when I call in Mrs . Tena stated Maddox was closing a deal but want you need your computer

  I had an emergency and needed some cash. I called and spoke to a lady by the name of Adrienne Rhodes. She was extremely professional and so very detailed when explaining the process. Due to COVID I was trying to limit the length of my contact/ time in the actual office. Adrienne did pretty much everything over email and via telephone. Once I completed pretty much everything I went into the office to complete the process by signing paper work. The staff at this location were super friendly and inviting. Adrienne was expecting me and literally called me right over with zero waiting time. She was super friendly, professional and had amazing interpersonal skills. I loved my experience with her and the staff at this location! I will for sure recommend if you’re looking for financial assistance/ a loan, this location and staff are all so very welcoming. Best customer service since moving to Georgia from Canada. I would like to say Thank you to all the staff at First Franklin N Henry Blvd. Especially Adrienne. You are truly appreciated, you ROCK!!
