  If you ever needed a loan…this is the place to go. The ladies in there are super nice, and very patient. Christina, Amber, and Katie are very pleasant, beautiful, and have the biggest smile every time you walk in. The other two ladies which I don’t know there names yet🤦🏾‍♂️Are you just as pleasant and beautiful as the others. They work as a team to help you with anything you may need. Their telephone conversations are even Impressive. They make you feel like family, not just the first time but every time you enter. So if you are looking for a loan, I totally recommend this place and nowhere else!!! And when you go by there…say hi to the ladies for me.

  First of all this place is amazing with their compassion n love 2 help u out when in need. It doesn't stop there if u having problems once receiving a loan they will go above n beyond call-of-duty work out any problems u may run into trying pay back the loan. If ur in need of help this is the place turn 2. They understand life can b hard for all of us. Give them call today 2 approved u for help u need.

  This is the place if you ever need a loan in anything this is the place. Why waste your time going anywhere else. All the ladies in that office will do everything they can to help you even if you’re going through hard times they will help you. Don’t waste your time going somewhere that you’re just a $ or a bonus go somewhere that you’ll be treated with respect and with pride that you came in. They’ll almost treat you like family just don’t ask to use their car ha. Anyways have a blessed day. And ask Michelle to sing you a song for she is the song bird of her generation.

  This Prattville branch has the most friendliest ladies I’ve ever had to do business with. Every time I visit to make a payment or a loan they were courteous and professional and I’ve been with them for years and wouldn’t change anything about the mannerism I’ve experienced.

  If I could do 0 stars I would ! It’s one representative name Brittney, who is very UnProfessional and rude! When a customer goes through hardships she makes comments like “it’s not my fault that you lost your job” “you should’nt have taken the loan and did whatever it is that you did with it” which is very unacceptable! Especially when you’re calling to make arrangements and to keep them updated on what’s going on! Things happen sometimes. I will never go through them anymore. You don’t kick people when they are down. She speaks over you and doesn’t give you a chance to speak !
