  Ms. Kimberely and her staff is very nice & welcoming! I’ve never felt uncomfortable when I’m inside the office or talking to someone over the phone. Their customer service is AWESOME! They’re also understanding!!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

  Jamie was amazing with helping us extend my dad loan she is a wonderful person nice to talk to if you ever come here ask for her she is a delightful person

  At the Forest Park location all the ladies are super helpful and courteous. My loan originated at the Fayetteville office but I’m much closer to the Forest Park office and I make most of my payments there. Mrs. Kim and Jaime have assisted me a number of times with no issues.

  Spoke to the supervisor about a mix up with my bank account name & the payment. Which I ended up paying CASH for before the check was returned, because my bank sent me an email. However, Ashley was condescending. I explained to her about the mix up and asked her to give me grace on the return fee. Her response about her not having the same problem with her bank & saying that my bank knows that I'm married (Which they do not) was unnecessary. It was almost like she was defensive, but I didn't accuse anyone of anything. The other employees have always been professional & kind. & I have treated everyone on the phone with kindness. So her tone was off-putting. Don't get me wrong, it's ok to say NO there is nothing that we can do. However, it's how you say it! ... maybe she's having a bad morning, but I'm not the one to take it out on!

  So far so good with this company ! Tamekia is great ! She’s super helpful and friendly ! I would definitely recommend going here if you’re looking for some type of extra assistance!
