  If I ever got in a situation where I needed extra cash, these ladies are the best to deal with! Everyone in the office is so sweet, gentle, and they really do their best to help in any way they can. I absolutely love their attitudes towards their customers. Mrs. Brandy and Mrs. Kathy are my go to’s! I highly recommend them for your quick financial needs!

  Hats off to 1st Franklin!!!! Its great to be able to go to a place in emergency cases and never be turned away especially since Life is happening more now than ever. The new ladies as well as the ones that have been there for years are always pleasant and professional.

  My visit in the Sylvania Branch was quick and easy. The staff was friendly and helpful to my needs. You can tell they enjoy their job. You don't see great customer service like their anymore in businesses. Go see the ladies at 1st Franklin Financial Sylvania. They will take care of you. Thanks

  I went to 1st franklin and they paid off a loan I had at title bucks and gave me a loan of up to $4000. They are great and I recommend anyone to go see 1st franklin for their loan. Thanks 1st Franklin.
