  The Staff at First Franklin in Fort Valley,GA are very knowledgeable,courteous, and professional!!! Heather was very helpful and she gave 5 - Star service with a smile!!! They are awesome and I recommend that everyone goes to them you won't be disappointed and they treat you like family!!!

  Very Friendly and kind , helped me with everything I needed and had really GREAT customer service HIGHLY RECOMMEND … They were very fast and professional .. Definitely plan on referring and coming back myself

  The entire staff is very friendly and welcoming. Tiffany assisted me, and because of her, if I ever need a loan, 1st Franklin will be the first place I call. Great job to all the in-office staff!

  I love Ms. Stacy and Tiffany. They really helped me get out of a bad situation. I’m a college student and I needed help with paying for school books and I needed to pay for my Pharmacy Tech registration. I did not have a lot to work with but they really wanted to help me and both Stacy and Tiffany went above and beyond what they should have done to try and help me out to get my first loan. I am forever grateful to both of them and will always come to 1st franklin for a loan if I ever need one again because of how professional, and informative they were.
