  Great and amazing staff that you won’t regret! Posting my little story as a single mother just recently purchased my home been having issue after issue. I went to get a renewal on my loan I was approved for a certain amount I was more stressed than what I was. Until they told me I qualify for more I realized I could fix my home and still pay off my other debts. I’m happy and amazed by the staff highly suggest 1st Franklin Financial for any loans you may need in a hard times like now days!!! You won’t regret going to them!!!

  I do not use my real name online, so I probably won't be recognized by this branch if they see this name. I have nothing but great things to say about this branch, Miss. Bentley is an incredible branch manager, I got approved for a loan super quick mid last year due to my qualifications and things begin to go downhill for me after I got my loan, I was struggling to pay back the loan and the whole time they continued to work with me and I am back on track with the same rate I started with. Highly Recommend 1st Franklin Financial. Good credit builder with excellent rates and staff.

  This office has to have the worst customer service around! As soon as you walk in you don’t feel welcomed you feel “judged”. When you call for a question they answer rude,and with attitude.... They opened a new office in Flowery Branch and the staff their are so welcoming and extremely nice! And no matter what you actually feel like they WANT to help. We deal with them now instead of the Gainesville Office. I highly recommend the Flowery Branch one!
