  As an eight year customer, allow me to share my thoughts re: my pleasant experience(s) I encountered with all of the employees at the FF Kingsport, TN office. Their understanding of my sometimes desperate situation, their ability, knowledge, honesty and compassion to assist me is unsurpassed and very much appreciated. At times they would listen to unrelated personal problems and offer solutions, going “over and above” while never losing sight of other customers’ needs.   I came into the office with my mother one day so she could renew her loan. They staff and manger where extremely friendly and everything was explained to my mother in great detail. I've never left a loan closing without having question left unanswered. Thank you so much!!

  I specifically told Donna or Debta ftom 1st Franklin exactly what my credit said. I'm around a 600 score. I have a 100% payment history. I told her everything that wasnon there. She told me, "That's fine. We have ways of overriding the system. So, she led me ti believe she could get me appoved, because I don't want unnecessary inquiries on my credit report. I told her my work history, everything. She put a hit on my credit, by my permission with false promises from her. DO NOT FOOL WITH THIS JANKY COMPANY. Call Citizens Loan. They tell the truth, and don't use you as a credit inquiry quota. Citizens loan approved me on the spot, and didn't drop my credit score to prove it. Do not fool with 1st Franklin. They will talk down about your credit and employer when there is more positive than negative. They reel you in with false hope. Then, deny you. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!! They're frauds and liars. Don't risk it at any of their ghetto branches. I have better credit than the person making the decision that can override the computer. Stay away!!!!!!!!!!!

  My name is Jon and i have been doing business with 1st Franklin financial for years now.every single person that works there has always been extremely nice to me and more than willing to help me with whatever it is that I needed.they have always made it fast,easy and an extremely simple process to get the money I needed and they will always be the place I go to when I need a loan.so if you need a quick and hassle free loan, definitely check these guys out,you will not be disappointed.they are top notch in my book
